Free Painting Lessons
Why are some lessons free? What's the catch?
There is NO catch! Become a free member and you get full access to ALL our painting lessons for 7 days to see if you like it. We ask for a credit card to start your trial, but nothing is charged until day 8. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be billed a cent. Join FREE here!
What happens to my personal data?
We never share your personal data (email address, name, etc.) with anyone.
How do I sign up for the free trial?
That's easy, you just enter your name and email address and make a new password on this page: https://mypaintingclub.com/get-started
Can I sell my paintings made from these classes?
Yes you can sell your own paintings made using our classes. Thanks for asking. It's good manners to mention the teacher's name on the back of your painting. eg. 'After Richard Robinson'.
Premium Membership
Do I really get access to everything as a paying member?
Yes! Your premium membership gives you access to all existing and future online lessons. You can browse everything from the Lessons tab in your account. Join here!
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time.
- Sign in.
- Go to your Dashboard and you'll see your subscription status at the top.
- Click on the Account tab, then go to My Subscription to manage or cancel.
You will still have Premium access until the initial period of your subscription runs out. For example if you paid for a month then cancelled 10 days later you will have access for the remaining 20 days.
You can also ask PaintyBot (the chat assistant in the bottom-right corner) for help with cancellation.
How does the premium membership work?
Premium membership costs $20usd/month and gives you access to all existing and future online lessons. You will be billed $20 on the first day you become a premium member and once every 30 days after that date. You will receive a payment confirmation and option to cancel every month. You can cancel easily at any time. If you want a refund for any amount of time you were a premium member you are welcome to it. Our goal is to have happy painters everywhere, starting with you!
Once you're a member, your Dashboard shows your subscription status, days remaining, and recent orders all in one place.
I'm a Premium member. Do I still have to pay for the lessons?
No! If you're a premium member ALL the lessons are free to you. Don't look in the shop for them — go to the Lessons tab in your account to find all available lessons. Just be sure that you're logged in first.

Your Account
What can I do in my account?
Your account has five main sections, accessible via the tabs at the top:
- Dashboard — See your subscription status, days remaining, and recent orders at a glance.
- Lessons — Browse and watch all your purchased and premium lessons. Use the search bar and filters to find exactly what you want to paint.
- Gallery — Upload photos of your paintings, set them as public or private, and share your work on the Wall of Fame for other members to see and like.
- Wishlist — Save lessons you're interested in and add them to your cart when you're ready.
- Account — Update your personal details, change your password, manage email preferences, and view your subscription.
How do I upload my paintings to the Gallery?
- Sign in.
- Click on the Gallery tab.
- Click the upload button, choose your image (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP), give it a title, and select which lesson it's from.
- Your painting will be private by default. Toggle it to Public if you'd like it to appear on the Wall of Fame!
How can I change my email preferences?
- Sign in.
- Click on the Account tab.
- Scroll down to find your email preference settings.
How can I change my email address or password?
- Sign in.
- Click on the Account tab.
- Update your email address or password in the relevant fields and save your changes.
How can I delete my account?
Just send us a message using the form at the bottom of this page, or ask PaintyBot for assistance. We will delete your account for you.
Accessing Your Account
I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?
Make sure you're entering the correct email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You can also ask PaintyBot for help — just click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page.
How do I reset my password?
- Go to the login page.
- Click "Forgot Password".
- Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link.
Orders & Refunds
How do I request a refund?
We offer a 30-day full refund and 60-day half refund policy. Simply contact us through the help form at the bottom of this page, or ask PaintyBot for assistance, and we'll process your refund quickly.
Where can I view my order history?
- Sign in.
- Your most recent orders appear right on your Dashboard.
- For the full history, go to the Account tab and click My Orders.
Can I purchase lessons individually?
Yes! You can purchase individual lessons from our shop. Premium members get access to all lessons without additional purchase. You can also save lessons to your Wishlist and buy them later.
Technical Support
The video won't play. What should I do?
Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. You can also ask PaintyBot for troubleshooting tips. If the problem persists, contact us using the form below.
What browsers do you support?
We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For the best experience, please keep your browser updated.
Can I download the lessons to watch offline?
No, sorry we don't allow downloads in order to avoid piracy. You can watch the video lessons anywhere that you use the internet as long as your premium membership lasts.
